Ever since middle school, I've had these little colorless bumps all over my face. I tried nearly everything I could to try to get rid of them. It was up until about a year ago that I had these embarrassing bumps. I finally made the decision to go to a dermatologist and get some prescribed medicine and some professional advice.
This is how I got my clear skin back:
I was prescribed clindamycin phosphate topical lotion as well as Tretinoin Cream.
I applied the tretinoin cream every night to affected areas and in the morning I applied the topical lotion.
Every time I washed my face I would use Cetaphil.
I also drank water, and lots of it.
I stopped using all other lotions and creams and face washes.
I replaced all my old make up with new noncomedogenic make up.
I also replaced all my old make up brushes.
Within a month, I started to see dramatic results. The bumps were gradually disappearing and I was regaining my confidence. I strongly recommend anyone who may have this problem or something similar to see a dermatologist and take initiative. Try to steer away from all these different topicals and drug store face washes because most likely it is just confusing your skin. Feel free to ask any questions :)

Enjoy a cup of joe... on your face! (Coffee & Olive Oil Mask)
Okay, so putting coffee grounds on your face may seem a little strange at first, but I can assure you this mask works wonders. Coffee is a natural exfoliant, leaving your skin silky smooth. Also, the caffeine from the coffee grounds soaks into your skin and transfers the caffeine into your system. Thus, applying this face mask in the morning can be especially beneficial because it is a definite "wake-me-up". Coffee reduces redness and puffiness as well. After washing this mask off, my skin looked (and felt) the clearest and smoothest it ever has.
Olive oil also has many benefits when applied to the skin. It contains many antioxidants and creates a smooth, radiant complexion. It is also a great remedy for dry skin.
Directions:
Combine 3 tablespoons of ground coffee with 1 tablespoon of olive oil (the consistency should be thick and muddy). Apply all over face in a patting motion. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
