Ever since middle school, I've had these little colorless bumps all over my face. I tried nearly everything I could to try to get rid of them. It was up until about a year ago that I had these embarrassing bumps. I finally made the decision to go to a dermatologist and get some prescribed medicine and some professional advice.
This is how I got my clear skin back:
I was prescribed clindamycin phosphate topical lotion as well as Tretinoin Cream.
I applied the tretinoin cream every night to affected areas and in the morning I applied the topical lotion.
Every time I washed my face I would use Cetaphil.
I also drank water, and lots of it.
I stopped using all other lotions and creams and face washes.
I replaced all my old make up with new noncomedogenic make up.
I also replaced all my old make up brushes.
Within a month, I started to see dramatic results. The bumps were gradually disappearing and I was regaining my confidence. I strongly recommend anyone who may have this problem or something similar to see a dermatologist and take initiative. Try to steer away from all these different topicals and drug store face washes because most likely it is just confusing your skin. Feel free to ask any questions :)
